Position Summary
The Safety Officer supports the Safety Manager in the implementation and day-to-day operation of the Academy’s Safety Management System (SMS). The role contributes to hazard identification, safety risk management, safety assurance, safety promotion, and safety data management across all OAA activities. The Safety Officer performs assigned safety tasks under the direction of the Safety Manager, supporting a proactive, just, and risk-based safety culture in accordance with CAA/EASA regulations, OAA policies, and approved SMS procedures.
