Why should I choose Oman Aviation Academy?
OAA is the only Approved Training Organization in the region certified by EASA to deliver the Integrated ATPL program, with modern facilities, a fleet of Diamond aircraft, expert instructors and excellent year-round flying weather.
When is the Admissions Office open?
We are open Sunday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Can I transfer from another academy?
Credit transfers are evaluated individually. Contact our admissions team to discuss your specific situation.
Do you offer type rating courses?
Not at this time; the type rating is provided by the airline.
What visa support is provided for international students?
OAA provides comprehensive support for student visa applications and documentation.
Can I get residency while studying?
OAA assists international students with residency requirements as part of the enrollment process.
Is accommodation mandatory?
Accommodation is not mandatory. Student accommodation and meals are available, subject to room availability, for OMR 230 per month under a separate accommodation agreement; this is not included in the course fees.
What room options are available?
Our accommodation offers private single rooms with an en-suite bathroom.
How long is my license valid after graduation?
EASA licenses are valid for life with the requirement of maintaining proficiency and currency standards as per aviation regulations.
Can I convert my existing pilot license?
License conversion options are available. Contact our admissions office for details on converting your existing certification.
