Why choose Oman Aviation Academy?
OAA is the only Approved Training Organization in the region certified by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to deliver the Integrated Airline Transport Pilot Training program. We offer state-of-the-art facilities, experienced instructors, and excellent training conditions.
When is the Admissions Office open?
We are open Sunday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Can I transfer my training from another Training organization?
Yes, it may be possible. However, the transfer of training credits shall be considered by the Head of Training on a case-by-case basis.
Does OAA provide a type rating?
Not at this time; the type rating is provided by the airline.
International Student Visa Applications?
The student may apply for the visa online. However, OAA will support the student in obtaining the student visa from the local authorities.
Does OAA provide student residency visas?
We assist our students with Oman residence visas under our university sponsorship, provided that all registration formalities are completed and the course fees are paid. For information, please call +968 90610611 or send an email to [email protected].
Student Accommodation?
An accommodation building is available within walking distance from the academy building. We provide private single rooms with bathrooms, allowing you to concentrate solely on your training from day one until your graduation.
What type of rooms are there in the student accommodations?
Our accommodation comprises single en-suite rooms.
How can I keep the validity of the License?
OAA will provide its services to its graduated students to keep the validity and currency of their licenses.
Can I convert my ICAO License?
OAA can support the conversion of ICAO-issued foreign licenses. However, the CAA has the ultimate decision for the acceptance of the conversion of any foreign License issued by an ICAO member state.
