Position Summary

The role of an "Accountable Manager" (AM) is a critical leadership position with responsibilities defined by regulatory and operational standards, particularly related to safety, compliance, and overall management of the academy's activities. The Accountable Manager ensures that the organization adheres to all aviation regulations set by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) in Oman, and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), when applicable, as well as international aviation standards such as those from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
